This page reflects the current status of Zone.eu infrastructure, incident history and maintenance schedule.
Incidents reported here have lasted longer than 15 minutes and have affected a significant number of customers.
This scheduled maintenance causes temporary service disruption to Shared Hosting servers running on SN8.ZONE.EU / 220.127.116.11 (all affected clients should have received advance notice by email - if not, please check your ZoneID contact details).
We are upgrading hardware of database servers and migrating from MySQL 5.6 to MariaDB 10.1 that has already proven to be faster and more reliable on our newer servers without any reports of compatibility issues. Downtime is expected to last for couple of hours as we are doing migration using backup&restore for maximum safety.

[Resolved] No issues have been reported relating to servers affected by this outage and we are closing this incident.
Cause of the outage has been traced to incorrectly installed power cabling on some servers, that allowed a power supply failure to cascade. We are working with our datacenter partners to ensure better oversight and possibilities to verify, that all installation work has been done to our stringent specifications.
